The PBA iron-core linear motor mover adopts laminated iron cores and modular coil units design. The stator (magnetic track) is of standardized design, and the length specifications are increased. Unlimited travel can be achieved when matched on demand. Anti-cogging technology significantly reduces cogging torque while maintaining high torque density performance, and peak thrust can reach more than 9000N. Optimizing heat dissipation design greatly improves the thrust of the motor and is widely used in automation scenarios with large loads and high dynamic response.
2. Coreless linear motor (DX series): smooth and high-precision
The PBA coreless linear motor mover adopts patented pressed stacked winding technology to achieve excellent thrust density and high acceleration in the smallest size. The zero-cogging design ensures extremely smooth motion and is suitable for high-precision applications that require extremely low speed ripple. U-shaped magnetic track stators are incremental based on 60mm, making them easy to assemble and have unlimited travel. They are widely used in laser cutting, optical inspection, semiconductor equipment and biomedicine fields.
As a direct-drive motion system, PBA linear motors eliminate the reduction transmission mechanism and achieve zero back clearance, maintenance-free, low noise, and high response. They are ideal for precision automation upgrades.
